Vici Gaming (1.69)
Vici Gaming haven’t started this season the way they would have wanted to. They smashed Bilibili Gaming 2-0 in their first game but have subsequently slipped to two straight defeats. This is their chance to return to even for the season when they face Victory Five on Monday. Victory Five have won three out of four series to move to second on the LPL table. This was after they finished the spring season without a win. Despite this fantastic form, I’d go with personnel depth, which is with Vici Gaming in this contest.
One of the major reasons for Vici Gaming’s struggles this season is because of their offensive ineffectiveness. ADC iBoy leads their offensive production with just 2.83 kills per game. That’s far too less. Top laner Cube has been decent, adding 2.33 kills and 4.33 assists. Even support player Hang has done an admirable job in an otherwise stuttering season. Vici Gaming will be looking for much more from their main stars to get them back to winning ways.
Total maps: Over 2.5 (1.99)
This market comes down to two factors. First, can Royal Never Give Up win a map? The answer is a resounding yes. Second, can Estar win a map? The reason the odds are as high as this is because Estar has stumbled their way to this stage of the season. Still, I’d say yes, they should. Estar have won two of four series so far, which includes an upset loss. They have won 6 of 10 maps, not too bad. In terms of confidence, Estar are coming off a straight-map win, which will provide some momentum. Odds of close to 2 for both teams to win a map seems useful.
Estar have lost the services of Cryin but mid laner Fenfen has done a decent job filling his shoes. ADC Wink has continued to provide impetus to Estar’s offensive core with 4.5 kills and 5.1 assists per game. Wei and Fenfen have both added 3.5 kills a game to improve Estar’s overall offensive style. For Royal Never Give Up, Betty has been their most potent killing weapon, adding 3.89 kills and 5.11 assists a map.
