Karmine Corp vs Fnatic Rising

Karmine Corp (1.27)

Karmine Corp have enjoyed a sensational season in this European Masters. They started with a 5-1 win in the group stages, in Group D. In the quarterfinal, they thrashed UCAM Esports Club 3-0 before beating BIG 3-2 in the semifinal. That is form, confidence and fluency within their camp. Fnatic Rising are also a finalist, which means they too have had a solid campaign. They beat Movistar Riders 3-1 in the quarters before beating Misfits Premier in the fifth map in the semi. Still, it seems like Karmine Corp, on paper, are unlikely to lose to Fnatic Rising on the grandest stage of the European Masters.

Personnel

Cabochard and Saken have led the offensive production for Karmine Corp at this competition, with 4.64 kills and 4.5 kills respectively. XMatty has also chipped in with 4.14 kills per map with a team-leading creep score of 264. From an efficiency standpoint, Saken has been the best with a KDA of 6.19. All five players have had a kill participation rate of over 10. Cinkrof (3.57 kills, 8.57 assists) and Targamas (0.86 kills, 11.64 assists) have chipped in with stellar kill participation rates to increase Karmine’s all-round offensive production in the lanes.

Total maps: Under 3.5 (2.50)

The over for total maps on Picklebet is the more likely outcome because Fnatic Rising have been solid right through this tournament. However, there is a strong chance that the previous match against Misfits Premier might have taken a lot out of them. If that is the case, then it is likely that the total for maps will stay under 3.5. I’m expecting Karmine Corp to come out of the gate swinging for the Fnatic Nexus. If they can take out the nexus early, then this could spiral out of control for Fnatic Rising.
