Rumours have finally been put to rest as flameZ completes OG's roster
After a period of rumours and speculation, the rising talent Shahar “flameZ” Shushan has finally been officially announced as OG’s fifth man. The Israeli has made a name for himself under the Endpoint banner, where he posted a rating of 1.12 in all matches during a seven-month tenure with the British organisation.
flameZ comes in to replace Issa “ISSAA” Murad, who was benched in March and OG are hopeful that he will be able to take the team to the next level.
“We are very glad to welcome Shahar in the OG family. Last season was an amazing first chapter for OG in CS:GO, and I sincerely want to thank Nathan and Issa again for everything they brought us.” Said Charlie Debs, COO and Co-owner of OG.
“With Nikolaj and Shahar now joining the roster, we are confident that we can keep pushing the team towards the highest levels of Counter-Strike.”
The young Israeli is set to make his debut for OG at BLAST Premier Showdown on Tuesday, where OG will face off against a struggling Astralis side in the opening match.
“I’m really excited and ready for this great opportunity to play with such great leadership and experienced players. I will do my very best every day to show I deserve it. One of the most important things is to get some trophies! Really excited and let’s make it wild! #DreamOG” - Shahar “flameZ” Shushan
