RNG vs Team WE

Team WE (2.39)

Team WE had a solid summer split this season. They finished seventh with a 10-6 record. RNG finished fourth with an identical match season record, but they finished higher on account of a better map win percentage. Team WE have continued to push their boundaries in order to stay consistent in the league. Both these teams have been fairly even through the last few years, even though RNG have managed to overachieve in the playoffs as well. With third and fourth up for grabs in the regional finals, it is now time for Team WE to stand up and correct that record.

Credit to Team WE for strong production from several avenues. For example, Beishang has produced 3.53 kills and 7.5 assists per game. Elk also has a kill participation of over 10, with 3.51 kills and 6.92 assists per map. With 3.89 kills and 6.7 assists, Shanks also produced a kill participation of over 10. These are stunning numbers for a team that finished seventh in the summer season. These same factors will be major reasons for Team WE’s dominance in the lanes in this matchup against an occasionally topsy-turvy RNG team.

LNG Esports vs Rare Atom

LNG Esports (1.87)

LNG Esports had a solid regular season in summer but bettered their own record with a stunning run in the playoffs. Even though they finished below Rare Atom in the regular season’s standings, that playoffs dominance is a strong reason for backing LNG in this matchup. LNG had 10 wins in 16 matches in the regular season. Two losses in two to end that regular season didn’t help them much in their bid to improve their seeding for the playoffs. Nonetheless, they have a good chance to end an unprecedented season with some strength.

Ale was LNG’s most productive offensive player in the regular season. He produced 3.72 kills and 4.53 assists per map. Icon and Light both chipped in with over three kills per map as well. These three in tandem will continue to be key offensive players, in order to generate kills in team fights.
