As the LPL playoffs move closer, these regular-season games gain more traction. Two more mid-table games are scheduled for Tuesday’s LPL action. We take a look at those games with some predictions for your bet slip.
Rogue Warriors (1.69)
Not long ago, Rogue Warriors were languishing at the bottom of the table. They have lifted themselves out of the mire with some solid performances, including a straight-maps victory against FunPlus Phoenix. Overall, they are 4-8 for the season, and look set for further improvement in the standings as this season progresses. They are also on a four-game winning streak, which has carried them out of the bottom two. Bilibili Gaming also have 4 series wins in 12 attempts but they are on the downward trajectory, in terms of confidence, having lost their last two matches.
Jungler Haro has been Rogue Warriors’ most potent offensive weapon, which is quite surprising. He has generated an average of 4.26 kills per game along with 6.78 assists, carrying his kill participation to well over 11. Ruby and ZWuji have chipped in as well with over three kills per game. They will now need some consistency from these key members to make further progress up the LPL standings.
Edward Gaming (1.29)
These odds seem too low for a team that has had its fair share of troubles this season, but Edward Gaming have actually been decent right through the split. They’ve missed out on key moments, often losing engagements just prior to neutral objective spawns, which has broken the game wide open. Edward Gaming have also won just 4 of 12 series this split. However, LNG Esports have no confidence or a solid record to speak about. They have won just 2 of 12 series, and are on a nine-series losing streak. That doesn’t do much for their momentum.
Edward Gaming have relied on their AD Carry Hope right through the year, including the spring split. He has averaged 4.28 kills per game with 5.04 assists per map. Offensive production will have to come from him again. Scout and Meiko are the only players to have played all 30 games for Edward Gaming in summer. They have combined to produce 15 assists per game as well.
