The League of Legends Pro League is in its final swing of the regular season. Here are some considerations for your bet slip from Tuesday’s action.
Bilibili Gaming (1.58)
In terms of standings, there isn’t a lot that separates these two teams. Bilibili Gaming are placed 15th in the LPL table, while Dominus Esports are 16th. However, Bilibili have been just a tad better over a longer duration of time. The odds are a fair representation of what is to come. Bilibili have won more games, with a 10-17 map record, while Dominus have won just seven of 23 games.
FoFo has been Bilibili’s offensive leader, putting up in excess of 3 kills per game. Jinjiao has been their rock, adding consistency across the board. Bilibili will need these two to have a solid game again.
Estar have been displaced at the top of the LPL table by Invictus Gaming. That result will hurt them significantly, which is a good reason to back Estar in this contest. Estar have been extremely solid right through this split, possessing a 9-3 series and 19-10 games record. JD Gaming, on the other hand, are currently at seventh on the table with a 6-4 and 14-10 games record.
Estar have two of the best aggressive players in the LPL in Cryin and Wink. Wink averages 5.24 kills, second in the Spring split and Cryin has 5.03 kills per game, fourth in the LPL. Both players have a KDA of well over 7. This mid laner-AD Carry combination will be hard to stop for JD Gaming.
Map handicap: FunPlus Phoenix -1.5 (1.53)
This is quite a mismatch, at least in terms of what has gone past this split. FunPlus Phoenix have showcased their ability to be one of the best teams in the Pro League. They are currently positioned third in the table with an 8-2 series record. They started the campaign with two losses but have won eight straight series since then. LNG are languishing at 11th in the Spring split with just four wins in 10 matches.
Doinb and Lwx average a combined 4.54 kills per game in this season. That is quite a high kill rate considering FunPlus are aided by strong offensive performances from GimGoon as well as Tian. Another team that will be hard to stop because of the depth in their squad.
