OGA Dota PIT Season 2: China: Invictus Gaming vs Sparking Arrow Gaming

Invictus Gaming @ 1.94

This will be both teams first match in this tournament. IG are not looking good lately, while SAG were cruising top Chinese teams. On paper IG looks very scary, however they were not delivering. However, I still do think they have more quality and they can beat anyone on the Chinese scene. With their recent wins over LGD, RNG and VG, SAG are looking really impressive. However, Dota can vary a lot. Their latest match vs RNG showed that they’ve lost it even after they’ve beat RNG a few days before that. I still do believe in IG and their individual quality.

Arena of Blood Season 2: Nemiga vs Unique

Unique @ 1.90

This is the lower bracket round 3 match which means the loser is going home and there will be a high pressure match for sure. Unique looked good in their recent matches in this tournament. 2-0 vs Heroic and 2-1 vs Family Team surely can put them on an equal level next to Nemiga. Nemiga is wandering around with their lineup. But even that can’t stop them from performing good. They’ve had a perfect run in the group stage with 3 wins out of 3 matches, but this is now a different situation. I believe Unique has a chance here, they need to use it. They won’t have a lot of opportunities tho. It’s a 60-40 match for Nemiga, but odds on Unique are amazing, I do think they can surprise.

Arena of Blood Season 2: Extremum vs Team Empire

Team Empire @ 1.65

I really do think Extremum has a shot here. Their new mix of players is working fine and they are playing decently. They’ve won their last match vs pretty solid Nemiga, while Empire struggled to get their win vs Family Team. With G and AfterLife on their roster Extremum is looking really dangerous. Even tho Empire played last weeks vs top tier EU/CIS teams and they have collected a lot of experience in those matches, I do think this will be the close one. However, in the end I would give a small edge to Empire still because of their recent match history and performances they’ve shown vs much stronger teams.
