DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: Heroic vs. North

Heroic (1.71)

Both of these teams are coming off losses. Heroic had the win in the bag, but allowed G2 to get back into the match after a calamity of errors on a re-take situation. Meanwhile, North were completely annihilated by Astralis, failing to break double digits on both maps in the series. Heroic are in a tough spot with zero wins, and they might need to sweep this series if they want to advance on a tiebreaker.

DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: Astralis vs. G2

G2 1st Map +3.5 (1.78)

G2 came back to win against Heroic, and they are set to take on an Astralis side that is coming off a dominant victory against North. Astralis have had a big edge on G2 throughout the year, and they took them down with ease in the finals of Road to Rio. However, this is Astralis with JUGi, so I would not completely rule G2 out of this series.

DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: FURIA vs. Liquid

FURIA to win (1.74) or FURIA Map 1 (1.71)

Vertigo has been a total difference maker for FURIA since they started incorporating into their map pool, and they have picked it with success in their last two wins against Liquid. Even if Liquid were to ban it straight out of the gate, they still hold a strong advantage on Train and Mirage. FURIA have yet to lose against Liquid in 2020, and they swept them in their last two series.

While it is tempting to bet on Liquid at the longer number, it is very evident that the Brazilian side has a bit of an edge on Liquid at this point.
