More action from the ESEA Premier Division is scheduled for Wednesday. We take a look at some of those teams to back.
BIG are one of the best CS:GO teams in the world. They are ranked 21 in the world, which is an indicator of growth and consistency in a competitive and open professional structure. Syrson and Xantares have been drivers of this BIG offense, averaging well over 0.70 kills per round in the last few months of action. BIG have lost their last two games, which will leave them determined and hungry to end their losing run. That losing streak was preceded by three straight wins.
Hellraisers have been, by and large, slightly better than Singularity over the last few months in this circuit. They are ranked No. 51 in the world, which isn’t great but there is plenty of scope for improvement. Nukkye has been averaging 0.76 kills over the last three months, with 0.66 deaths per round. He will be tasked with leading the offense for this Hellraisers team.
Havu Gaming (1.91)
Havu are only slightly better positioned in the CS:GO rankings than GamerLegion. Havu are ranked 31, while GamerLegion are 39. But there are other subtle factors at play too. For example, the head-to-head matchup. These two teams have played each other in 22 maps so far. Havu have won 12 of those, which is a small difference but could prove to be handy when the game gets tight. Zoree has been in terrific recent form, averaging 0.78 kills with just 0.61 deaths per round. Besides, Havu have the better odds.
The odds here are slightly misrepresentative of the closeness between both these teams. Mythic are higher ranked, at No. 60 in the world. Swole Identity are at No. 71. Mythic have won three of their previous five games, while Swole Identity have lost three in that same period. Mythic have a 2-0 loss to Cloud9 as well, which will provide them with an opportunity to learn from failure against a much better opponent. And lastly, the odds are very compelling considering these teams are fairly evenly-matched.
