ESL One: Road to Rio (Europe): FaZe vs. G2

Total maps: Over 2.5 (1.81)

This should be an epic showdown between two of the most mechanically gifted sides in the game. The story of the game will be the battle between NiKo and huNter, who are in fact cousins. This series went all three maps the last time, and it is very plausible that it ends up that way yet again.

ESL One: Road to Rio (Europe): North vs. mousesports

North +1.5 (1.83)

mousesports were surprisingly beaten by Movistar Riders, and they will now face off against a North side that managed to take a map against FaZe. North have looked a bit better with MSL at the helm, and while a win seems unlikely, they can definitely steal a map, and so North on the handicap is certainly a viable play here.

ESL One: Road to Rio (Europe): Heretics vs. ENCE

Heretics +1.5 (1.50)

A countrywide internet outage in Finland prevented this match from being played yesterday, and the odds have drifted somewhat since then. Team Heretics have looked very strong since picking up Nivera, and they should have a decent shot at causing a bit of an upset here against an ENCE team that doesn’t have the strongest of map pools. They have a 7–1 record in BO3s since Nivera joined the roster, and they were able to steal a map in their only loss to Sprout.
