LOOT.BET Season 6: Gambit Youngsters vs. Nordavind

Gambit Youngsters (1.55)

Gambit Youngsters will take on Nordavind in a match to decide who moves on to the playoffs of LOOT.BET Season 6. Gambit Youngers have struggled recently, but it is worth noting that they have been going up against some very respectable teams, including, forZe and Heretics. I think they will have a decent chance of bouncing back here against a Nordavind side that they match up quite well against. Gambit Youngsters’ strength on Vertigo could prove to be key here, as it puts Nordavind in a tough spot in the map veto. I slightly favor Gambit Youngsters here, but if it comes down to a decider, it is anyone’s game as both teams are quite comfortable on Mirage and Overpass.

LOOT.BET Season 6: SKADE vs. Heretics

SKADE +1.5 (1.45)

The Bulgarians from SKADE will be heading into this match against Heretics as the underdog despite having a better H2H record (5–3 in maps). The addition of Nivera has certainly improved this Heretics squad, but SKADE does have a map pool that makes this a difficult matchup for Heretics. Heretics tend to ban Train straight out of the gate, and if they don’t, SKADE have shown that they are more than willing to pick it against them. With Heretics opting to play Nuke most of the time in this spot, it leaves Inferno and Overpass as potential deciders, two of SKADE’s strongest maps on paper. Even Nuke has been incredibly close between these two sides, with both previous meetings going the distance with at least 30 rounds played. I think that SKADE are capable of an upset here, and they are very likely to cover the spread.

DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 - Oceania Closed Qualifier: Chiefs vs. Rooster

Total maps: Over 2.5 (1.86)

Chiefs will take on Rooster in this match to determine who moves on to play DreamHack Masters Spring Oceania. The last match between these two teams ended in a draw due to Rooster having to forfeit the first map. If this wasn’t the case, this match would have gone to a decider, something which has been a common occurrence. If you include their most recent outing, four out of six matches have gone to a decider. Therefore, I would be tempted to bet the over here.
